FIX: Error Printing from Vista and Internet Explorer 8
Issue:
You receive the following error "An error occurred during this operation" when using the Action -> Print option from within CloudMetrix and you are using Windows Vista with Internet Explorer 8.

Resolution:
There are several possible fixes

Method 1 - Reset Internet Explorer Settings
  1. Click Start, please type “inetcpl.cpl” (without quotation marks) in the Start Search bar and press Enter to open the Internet options window.
  2. Switch to the Advanced tab.
  3. Click the "Reset Internet Explorer Settings" button.
  4. Click Reset to confirm the operation.
  5. Click Close when the resetting process has finished.
  6. Uncheck the "Enable third-party browser extensions" option in the Settings box.
  7. Click Apply, click OK.

If that does not work try Method 2

Method 2 - Add CloudMetrix to your list of Trusted Sites:
  1. In Internet Explorer, select Tools -> Internet Options
  2. Select the Security tab
  3. In "Select a zone...", select "Trusted Sites"
  4. Click the Sites button
  5. In the "Add this website.." box, enter http://metrix.summitcloud.com
  6. Click Close, then OK
  7. Close the web browser and restart



If that does not work try Method 3

Method 3 - Remove All Toolbars & Features in IE:

  1. From Control Panel -> Programs and Features
  2. Uninstall Internet Explorer 3rd party toolbars
