Issue:
You receive the following error "An error occurred during this operation" when using the Action -> Print option from within CloudMetrix and you are using Windows Vista with Internet Explorer 8.
Resolution:
There are several possible fixes
Method 1 - Reset Internet Explorer Settings
- Click Start, please type “inetcpl.cpl” (without quotation marks) in the Start Search bar and press Enter to open the Internet options window.
- Switch to the Advanced tab.
- Click the "Reset Internet Explorer Settings" button.
- Click Reset to confirm the operation.
- Click Close when the resetting process has finished.
- Uncheck the "Enable third-party browser extensions" option in the Settings box.
- Click Apply, click OK.
If that does not work try Method 2
Method 2 - Add CloudMetrix to your list of Trusted Sites:
- In Internet Explorer, select Tools -> Internet Options
- Select the Security tab
- In "Select a zone...", select "Trusted Sites"
- Click the Sites button
- In the "Add this website.." box, enter http://metrix.summitcloud.com
- Click Close, then OK
- Close the web browser and restart

If that does not work try Method 3
Method 3 - Remove All Toolbars & Features in IE:
- From Control Panel -> Programs and Features
- Uninstall Internet Explorer 3rd party toolbars
